Hi all. We had a good hop harvest this year with lots of Bram X, fuggles, nugget, santium, challenger,, chinook and cascade. Now I have only made rwo brut IPA's to date using the big American hops. I wish to make one with the local hops. Any ideas as too hop amounts for a BM2o please. I was planning...

In my cave I have a collection of plastic festival pint pots, from download, ramblin man, and various festivals and cricket grounds. Not the greatest to drink from but they are barbecue safe when the lads come around. Will buy a few of the stainless ones though.

Its dependant on the style of APA you require, either mild bitterness as in a Gamma Ray style APA or a big bruising Laguanitas let me know I can give you the hop schedules for both.

Through one of my suppliers at work I can purchase Milton sterilising fluid 5 litre for £12 incl vat, their website states its ok for homebrew purposes anyone tried it please. Done the maths and it works out at 30 pence for a 5 gallon container.

Did you use the KTC mango pulp ? and did you get any off flavours , I had a not so good experience with it a few years ago.
