Went to a meet the brewers event yesterday and tried the Tiny Rebel marshmallow stout called "Stay Puft," Wow what a flavour. The guy on the stand would not give any clues about the constituents except to say the flavours only come from the complex malt selection and a little Lactose for sweetness. ...

I used the Hornindal Yeast to marry up with the tropical hop profiles. Next up I have ordered the #1 Sigmund Voss to try that with my house version of Gamma Ray (blood orange and pommello APA really,) I made up that recipe before Gamma Ray became available on-line. This is my recipe, as ever I tweaked it from numerous sources and used what I had available:- 20 litre batch 4500g pale malt, 1000g wheat malt, 500g rolled oats(pre boiled,), mash at 65C for 90 mins mash out at 78C for 15 90 minute boil 15g fuggles at 60 left 20g of citra,calypso,mosaic and columbus...

Firstly thank you Niels for getting me back on to the forum. Had another series of tech issues. Anyhow did a NEIPA with Kveik yeast from the lads at cross my loof. And wallop what a crazy 72 hours fermentation. Felt a touch weird pitching yeast at 35 deg C and putting both brew belts around the ferm...

In my cave I have a collection of plastic festival pint pots, from download, ramblin man, and various festivals and cricket grounds. Not the greatest to drink from but they are barbecue safe when the lads come around. Will buy a few of the stainless ones though.
