golden rule: total water input = 1.5 x final beer volume

so if you want to bottle (or keg) 50 L then put in 75 L water.

I use the filter w/o problems. However i use an immersion cooler, so by the time i've finished cooling the hops have all dropped to the bottom.

wow that's some beer! certainly not a dry stout, in the guiness/beamish sense, but with all that simple sugar you'll definitely get a dry finish. that's a big beefy dry hopped sucker! curious, it says fly sparge. do you fly sparge the BM? how? It should finish dry (i hope), but somehow the M07 yeas...
